The CUB unit is a small profile addition to TrellisWare’s Tactical Scalable MANET (TSM) family. The TW-400 employs an enhanced version of the TSM waveform (TSM-E) capable of the same robustness modes as CheetahNet plus higher data rate modes. The TW- 400 CUB supports multi-channel push to talk (PTT) voice, IP data, network level position location information (PLI) tracking, and remote operation of live streaming video sources for networked sensing missions. The TW-400 combines a high data rate MANET radio capability, analog video encoding functionality, sleep functions for long term sensing applications and IP gateway features all in a compact handheld form factor.
