TrellisWare to provide advanced tactical ad-hoc networking radios to U.S. Special Operations Command, Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics Center under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract
San Diego, California, September 21, 2017 – TrellisWare Technologies, Inc. (trellisware.wpengine.com), the leading innovator of tactical networking solutions, today announced the award of a $40M IDIQ contract in support of the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). TrellisWare will provide tactical radios and accessories running the company’s TSM™ mobile ad-hoc networking (MANET) waveform.
TSM enables robust tactical networking in highly dynamic environments and the ability to scale from small to large networks using a single radio channel. TrellisWare’s software-defined radios simultaneously support dedicated voice channels, IP data sharing, multiple video transmissions, and position location information.
