TrellisWare’s TSM-X is a key component of the Harris Corporation technical solution selected to provide critical next generation C4I communications to Special Operations Forces (SOF) warriors

San Diego, California – October 26, 2015 – TrellisWare Technologies, Inc. is proud to announce that its TSM-X networking technology has been selected by Harris as the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) wideband Mobile Ad-hoc Networking (MANET) solution for the SOF Tactical Communications (STC) program.

TSM-X, the next generation of TrellisWare’s MANET waveform, will meet USSOCOM’s current Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) requirement. TSM-X delivers cellular quality voice, high throughput video, Internet Protocol (IP) data, and Position Location Information (PLI) simultaneously in a single network. The network is scalable to hundreds of nodes, and delivers robust and reliable connectivity in harsh radio frequency (RF) environments.

“We are honored that Harris chose TrellisWare’s TSM-X as the answer for USSOCOM’s wideband MANET requirement for real tactical environments in this state-of-the-art SOF radio,” said Tom Carter, TrellisWare’s President and CEO. “Recognizing that TSM-X will be a key component in all STC units, we are committed to providing strong support and continued innovation that allows our SOF warriors to execute their critical missions more effectively.”
